sending it in along with a $25 deposit.
Siblings: First contestant full price, first sibling ONLY $40,

Divisions*:
GIRLS: Up to 11 months; 12-23 months; 2-4 years; 5-6 years; 7-9 years; 10-12 years,
13-15 years, 16-17, 18 and up as well as MOTHERS!!!
BOYS: 0-2 years and 3 to 6 years
*Divisons may change without notice depending on # of contestants, but will always remain fair*

Photogenic:
All photogenic pictures should be MAILED in and received no later than
February 12th
Anyone selling at least
one whole page ad OR two half page ads
will receive a tiara and be crowned Program Ad Prince/Princess.

Program Books
There will be a program book offered at this pageant.
There is no charge to place a photo in the program book.
I encourage all contestants to have their photos placed in the program book.
The program books will be for sale. They are $15 each.
In order to be guaranteed a program book, you MUST reserve and pay for your program book in advance.
The day of the pageant, if any extra program books were ordered, they will be available on a first come- first serve basis.
If you would like, you may choose to sell ads.
Sell one whole page or two half page ads and be crowned our Program Princess/Prince.
The contestant selling the most ads (must sell at least 5 half page ads to be eligible) will be crowned our Program Ad Queen and will be awarded a large crown and will receive special pageant recognition.
Whole page $50
Half page $25
You may sell Ads to businesses or purchase them simply to say "Good Luck".
If you need help being creative, don't worry, we will create the ad for you.

Sponsorship Tickets
Need help with your entry fees?
Sell sponsorship tickets. Tickets are $1 each and each dollar goes towards your entry fee. For example, if you sell 65 tickets and the pageant entry fee is $65, you as the parent don’t pay anything – you just send in the money you’ve collected! It is as simple as that!

Cost of Entry plus 100 tickets – Entry FREE PLUS 3”-4” crown

All Sponsorship money must be turned in by February 12th in order to receive awards on pageant day!

Awards
Participation: Everyone not placing will receive a crown and gift.
No one goes home empty handed.
Divisions: A Queen and a Sweetheart will be crowned in each division with large Valentine’s Day themed crowns. Along with the crown, our Queen will also receive a custom monogrammed sash.
The winners of our Gorgeous Awards will receive custom medallions. There will also be a 1st, 2nd and 3rd alternate recognized with a trophy.
Side Optionals: The day of the pageant, there will be three side optionals. The side optionals are THREE MORE ways to win BIG! Each optional is just that... optional. These optionals are one for $15 or all three for $30! Again, these are TOTALLY optional. But a great way to WIN BIG AGAIN!!!
Awards for these optionals will be FOUR FOOT TROPHIES!!!!
Crowd Pleaser: The person with the most audience members (over 5) in attendance will receive a four foot trophy!
Program Ad Tiara Giveaway:Anyone who sells at least one full page ad or two ½ page ads will automatically receive a tiara. Click here for the ad form.
Program Ad Queen: The contestant selling the most ads (over two full page or four ½ page ads) will be crowed Program Ad Queen and receive a large elegant crown.
Sponsorship Awards: All Sponsorship Awards will be given out based on the above scale.
Rising Star Queen: At each pageant, the audience will have a chance to vote on who they would like to win. They may cast their vote for $1 each. If you would like, you may collect votes and bring them with you to the pageant. This is one of the largest and most unique crowns of the entire pageant! Pageant Day
Cameras Remember – NO outside cameras allowed.
There will be a photographer on site taking pictures and a photo CD will be available. The charge for this CD along with ALL copyrights is ONLY $20.
Remember CASH ONLY the day of the pageant!
Admission: Admission for ALL audience members age 5 and up (regardless of relationship to the contestant) is $10.
Admission is FREE for all contestants and audience members age 4 and under!
50% of these proceeds will be donated to a local non-profit agency!
